Health

  I think I'm not healthy now.  Because recently I sleep for 3 to 4 hours, and eat convenience food almost everyday.  I know they are bad for my health, but the day I don’t have enough time,  I alway
do same things.  It is said that too short sleep makes us die farst. And  too mutch eating convenience food causes cancer or cerebral infarction.  I don't want to die fast, so I try to go to bed farster, and sleep for at least 6 hours or eat healthy food like vegetable everyday. 

  For staying fit, I don't do anything. But I go to the station by bicycle everyday, and
it is enough to keep my health. If I have a lot of time, I want to play basketball
with my friends. Now I am a little busy, but someday I will do something good for my health.

These Days

 In fact, I did not do anything special, but it was peaceful days.

In this week, I worked at part time job twice. In the day, we were free from

busyness. So it was easy to finish our work in time. Indeed it was not hard work,

but a little boring.

 But the good news is that… today, after courage, I will go out for dinner with friends!


After that, we will go to karaoke too!


Even now, I want to go, but I am a student…  so I will study well.
