do same things. It is said that too short sleep makes us die farst. And too mutch eating convenience food causes cancer or cerebral infarction. I don't want to die fast, so I try to go to bed farster, and sleep for at least 6 hours or eat healthy food like vegetable everyday.
For staying fit, I don't do anything. But I go to the station by bicycle everyday, and
it is enough to keep my health. If I have a lot of time, I want to play basketball
with my friends. Now I am a little busy, but someday I will do something good for my health.

I recommend you breakfast of kandai. It is 100yen. It is more healthy than convenience foods.
Why are you so busy? You should be able to find time for basketball if you want to play it. Maybe you are spending time on something else that you don't need to, so much(?).
